A goliath Warden from the north lands. He's still not sure why he was invited to participate in Sycron's Challenge. Verut, as most goliaths, is not one to turn down a challenge and so he traveled to Highmoon to see what this challenge entailed.

Even before making it to see Sycron, he met up with New Warriors and immediately joined them in their challenges during the Second Crimson Rasp.
