Granite Armstrong

Father Granite Armstrong; Cleric of the 8th Rank, Divine Oracle and Chosen of Rorun Ethus Keeperstone.

History: Granite's father was the seneschal of Dol Gildar, and he was raised to take his father's place. Destiny had other ideas. He did train for the position, but Dol Gildar fell. He is still a master of organization, diplomacy, and priestly abilities, but now he is so much more.

He and his master Prince Sol Blackstar adventured with Jean-Luc Stormslayer, he obtained the mystic item 'The Heart of Time'. He spent time in fasting and gathering his people.

Now:

Granite Armstrong has changed from the overly worried, overweight, fawning second that he was. He is now driven. He has made a choice, a horrible choice to most goodly peoples. He's become a fanatic. He was always deeply faithful, but when faith meets proof, that faith is honed to a razor's edge.

He's gathered a force around him. The Walking Dead. A group of dwarves as fanatically devoted to the cause as he is. They have all had themselves declared dead, and received funeral rites already. They are removed from clan and kin. The mourning has happened already. The Walking Dead are dangerous and deadly. They are not the typical dwarves, they move quickly and strike without warning...and without mercy. The Cause they are dedicated to is the survival of the Dwarves. The Ends justify all means. They have traveled far, relying only on their own resources to Noldar. Along the way, the Walking Dead razed four Orc villages to the ground. No witnesses, no remains, no mercy. They are there searching for something in Noldar, none of them know but Granite, and he is playing close to his chest.
