Ellia Tangletoes

Ellia is a kender, which in itself should speak volumes about her behavior and lifestyle. After a brief stint with Club Doom, she realized that Highmoon had everything she wanted in life with much less of the accusing her of being a thief. And so she settled down in the appropriate district and took up the unearthing of ancient things, reading of ancient tomes, and general learning of things previously unknown.

She also served for approximately three days as a representative on the low council.
